Can't print UPS Shipping Label for FBA Shipment from UK to FR

Amazon support hasn't got back to me yet.
Trying to ship goods from the UK to FR using UPS, however I can't print the shipping label. I have selected the shipping date and the UPS carrier however -
The "Accept Charges and confirm shipping" button is grayed out
Has anyone faced the same issue? From what I can see we have accepted UPS T&C's etc.

Did you get this sorted? I'm suddenly having issues with not being able to print the actual shipping labels.
