Prime Day Deal Creation Issue

Hi, I was hoping somebody may be able to help me if possible please?

I have created some Prime Day Deals, but I am receiving the error message below

"Suppressed. This item has been flagged per Amazon internal policies. - Prime Exclusive Discount cannot be applied on this item as it has been flagged per Amazon internal policies. Please remove and add another product."

When I have asked seller support, my PSTAM contact and my Strategic Account Manager, they are saying that a "Discretionary Marketing Team" have replied with "ASIN(s) are ineligible for promotion, per our minimum standards, and as such will not be approved for promotion. We will not provide additional comment on how a decision is reached once an appeal has been reviewed."

It is particularly strange because some of the child variations have been accepted, while others have been flagged. I have had an issue in the past where some of my ASINs were flagged with a "DO NOT PROMOTE" tag in the backend by mistake by an obscure team (which was subsequently removed) so I am guessing it has happened again. But I have a new Account Manager now and he doesn't seem to know what to do to get it fixed. Has anyone else had a similar problem and how did they get it resolved please?

PS. this also affects my eligibility for Amazon Choice badges and collapses my organic ranking on keywords. Once the tag is on the ASIN, the product will not get an Amazon Choice badge even when I am No.1 in the category and that child doesn't seem to contribute to the parent's organic ranking.
