ODR not being protected by using Buy Shipping through Amazon
So I've just had an A-Z for non-delivery and it's gone against my ODR. Checking some previous A-Z's, they also went against my ODR despite buying shipping through Amazon.

The policy says you are - but as per I think hundreds of other threads at this point - it seems they always mark against your ODR until you complain, at great length sometimes.
No offence to the forum mods - emojis are great an all that (though I assume the feature was always there) but seriously - some sort of message on when Amazon will fix this issue would be great. It cannot be that difficult. Buy Shipping Used? A-Z delivery related? Don't hit the ODR.

I had one of these yesterday and like you it didn't hit my ODR but I still had to refund it.
Absolutely absurd if I can prove it has been delivered and Amazon agree then it should just be denied.
Yet another A-Z on the same day presented with the same evidence Amazon refunded.
There is just no consistency.

I just had to get in touch with the MD to get them to get Amazon Staff to follow Amazon policy. Thankfully ODR now removed but still forced to refund a scammer even with tracking (and the fact its the 3rd time scammer did this)
