After Creating Amazon Removal Orders, My Inventory Wasn't Delivered to the Specified Location
Over the past six months, I've created numerous removal orders for my inventory as I'm planning to exit Amazon. Most of these removal orders were handled by USPS.
In total, I created removal orders for over 10,000 units in batches, but I've only received around 9,000. Approximately 1,000 units have problematic USPS tracking information associated with their removal orders. I've already opened a case with Amazon, providing all necessary information for their investigation, and I'm currently awaiting their response.
Additionally, there's one removal order marked as "delivered" by USPS, but after multiple verifications, we confirm that we never received this package. When I contacted Amazon Seller Support, they asked me to provide evidence that I didn't receive the USPS package. The issue is - while I indeed didn't receive it, USPS shows it as delivered. USPS couldn't provide any proof of delivery (like a signature or delivery photo) when I contacted them.
Amazon's response was that they "can't do anything about it" and that I don't qualify for reimbursement under their terms.
Has anyone experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
