Account suspended after suspected account link-probably virtual debit card
Had an issue last week when my main company card was used where it shouldn't have been forcing me to report to the bank and get the card blocked- new card is to arrive in 6 days. A day later amazon attempts a disbursement and see's my charge card is blocked. When I try to access Amazon Seller central to mark orders as shipped and complete messages I am unable to get access due to charge method invalid.
Problem is I do not get the card for another 4 days and I cant leave my account for that long, there is £3k in the seller account so I figure Ill reach out to support and ask if they can override the need for a charge card so I can at least make sure everything gets shipped and tracking numbers added.
Support informs me that there is nothing they can do to help as you must have a valid charge method. I dont have another company card and I prefer not to use my personal card, so I look into using a virtual charge card like you get with revolute or other online bank. No luck there so I googled and came across a site that offers virtual credit cards they say work with Amazon UK, I purchase one of those and use that card. Bingo it works and I am back into my account -- On Friday 3 days later I get the notification my account has been deactivated as it has been linked to another account.
Appealing the suspension is impossible they will not state what is the issue, I use multiple 3rd party apps and tools I have had upto 40 staff come and go in the last 8 years. I have told them this and shown invoices and screen shots for the aps being used but I just get the same response back that I have not supplied the correct information. or reinstate the account that I am linked to and then appeal. I would love to but its not my account.

The Director MWF has several printing companies regisiered at Companies House. 2 share the same phone number, address and busines registration number on their Amazon seller profile but the one that appears suspended like yourself with the same directors and address (83....) on its seller profile is Merchpanda Lt... which is incorrect as CH has it registered at No 14...... I hope this is the link they want as to change the address either at CH or on Amazon should be relatively easy.
