status document

This is for the Seller Wallet.

I have no idea what a Statute Document . I understand that the description given is "Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and the most recent share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register)" but I don't have any of those.

I am a limited company with one director, no other beneficial owners.

Hi @Seller_PJVEP7vkmM6sc,

Indy from Amazon here. Thank you for coming to the Seller Forums! There are different types of documents needed for Seller Wallet registration depending on the type of business you have. Please see below for more information on this.

What is a share allotment document (for example, statute document)? What documents are accepted as share allotment documents (for example, statute documents)?

A share allotment document (for example, statute document) is a document that shows the number of shares or equity interests held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares or equity interests issued by the company.

If your business is a limited liability company (LLC), provide an operating agreement. If your operating agreement is more than 12 months old, also include a written confirmation of beneficial owners signed by a legal representative of the business and dated within 12 months.

If your business is a corporation, provide by-laws signed by all of the beneficial owners. In addition, provide a written confirmation of beneficial owners and their percentage shareholding, signed by a legal representative and dated within 12 months.

If your business is a partnership, limited partnership, or limited liability partnership, please provide your partnership agreement, limited partnership agreement, or limited liability partnership agreement.

If your business is a charity, provide a list of trustees (including each trustee’s full name and date of birth) signed by a legal representative and dated within 180 days.

This resource details helpful information around Seller Wallet. I also recommend that you create a case to Seller Support if you are having issues enrolling in Seller Wallet.

Please let me know if you need additional details, and thanks again for using the forums!

Best,

Indy
