Need Help - Product Restrictions (Listings Being Removed)
Hi everyone,
I recently received an email from Amazon stating that due to new restrictions, my listings under the products category will be removed starting May 23, 2025. According to the message, I’m no longer approved to list these products and applications for approval aren’t currently being accepted.
I believe this might be a misclassification, as the products I listed don’t really fall under any sensitive or restricted category in my understanding. I’ve been selling these items without any issues and always ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Has anyone else experienced this?
If yes, what’s the best way to reach Seller Support and appeal with proper documentation (e.g. product photos, packaging, etc.) to prove that these products were wrongly flagged?
I would truly appreciate any insights or steps from someone who’s dealt with this before.
Thanks in advance 🙏

This has happened to us with many brands: out of the blue, Amazon notifies you that you are not allowed to sell a specific brand anymore. Seller support is not helpful and will not give you any reason or information.
What is most frustrating is that many sellers, including new sellers are still listing them and Amazon refuses to share what criteria would allow you to sell them.
For this reason, clearly, those restrictions are not applied fairly and equally to all vendors.
