FBA Shipment UPS Pick-up.

Hi,

I am trying to send my first shipment to Amazon (FBA), through SPD (UPS) service. I just found out we need to schedule UPS pick-up separately on UPS website as well. I would like to know several things regarding this and wondered if anyone could help.

1. Are the shipping charges from Amazon not fees charged to UPS?

2. With that being said, do I have to pay UPS again?

3. If not, what do I need to pick on payment option when scheduling UPS pick up.

4. Lastly, I have scheduled a pick up through Amazon on last Friday, so labels were generated based on that, I am wondering if I could still use the same labels to pick up on another day, maybe like next Friday or something.

I tried to search this information, I couldn't find information regarding this, maybe my keywords were wrong. I would really appreciate if anybody could help.

Thank you.

1. The fees Amazon already charged you are for the shipping itself.

2. The pickup is a separate charge you'll pay UPS on their website. If you're going to do this a lot, set up a userid there. You can use a credit or debit card on their website for the charge. It's usually $8 to pickup no matter how many boxes, $13 if you want it the same day.

3. Use the same labels. When you tell Amazon it's going to ship has nothing to do with when you have UPS pickup. It just lets Amazon know when to expect it.

Note that you can also take the shipment to a UPS drop-off location, at no cost.

This could be a UPS store, or in my area, the local CVS. Google "UPS dropoff" to find a nearby location.

Hello @Seller_MhDRC5HulPSmy- and welcome to the seller forums! Appreciate you asking this as I would bet there are others out there with similar questions.

Thanks also to @Seller_oJY2X570rx42Efor jumping in with some solid guidance! You can confirm the process steps through this introduction to the SPD program, as well as this Seller University video on the topic, but do let us know in the thread here if we can help answer any additional questions.

Also, if the other response did help resolve this for you, don't hesitate to mark it as the 'most helpful' reply so others know how to approach similar questions moving forward!

Thanks again,

Danny
