FBA shipment worth of 25000 GBP Signed by DIRECT TRUNK
Hello everybody,
Normally I ship with UPS and my shipment get scanned in when the tracking number shows delivered, but this time I used DPD and my shipment is still not scanned in at the FC after a couple days while my tracking number shows delivered and signed by DIRECT TRUNK.
Does anybody has experience with DPD for sending inventory to the FC, when it’s signed by DIRECT TRUNK?
I am a bit confused because this shipment is worth 25000GBP and still isn’t delivered at the FC.
I appreciate your help.

Your shipment has been combined with other parcels destined for the same Amazon warehouse. Basically all will be delivered via truck rather than individual vans.
