UPS FBA collecting labels no super saver

Hi All , this week the UPS labels for Amazon to collect from us to go into FBA are now UPS super saver , last week and the prevoius 5 years were set as UPS standard . this week we are being asked for payment when booking collection or to drop off ? anyone else had this change ? BR

Yes, I couldn&#39;t book a collection on-line and when I phoned to arrange collection I was told that I had to pay the driver the collection charge of £6.25 as the label was only for delivery and did not include collection.
