FBA taking their sweet time to process my inbound inventory.
Hello, there are a couple of incoming shipments that are taking forever to process, I have tried to contact CS chat and phone at least 8 times, and all I get is the generic answer from their team in India or Pakistan, why do you even have CS people if they can't even help or understand basic english. I have been hung up on, pushed off the chat with generic answers and on and on. Can someone help. Thank you.

Hi @Seller_OVaHKNw9M8Ya0, I can take a look at your shipments, however, we are unable to manually expedite the receiving process. Your shipment won't be eligible for investigation if it is still being processed by the fulfillment center. That being said, what are the shipment IDs?
