Genuine email or a scam?
Is this a genuine email from Amazon?
'Dear Selling Partner,
We’ve noticed that you are registered with a professional selling plan, which means that you can sell in up to nine Amazon Europe stores at no additional subscription fees.
To help maximise this benefit, we will list your eligible products across Amazon Europe stores where you are not yet selling.
If you do not want Amazon to list your products, please opt out from the program here before Thursday, 15 February 2024.'
Of course if you don't opt out you trigger VAT registration requirements which we don't want. I don't want to click on the link either and I can't see any such message on the Amazon site.

No it's not a scam, you will need to opt out if you do not want to sell in the other countries

Hi Stitching_Crafts_Fo1,
It's REAL - I had 'till 6/2/24 to opt-out - which I did in haste - but you don't get an email confirmation that you have opted-out, so best to keep a screen-print - just in case...
My thread was "Profeesional Plan Sellers to Sell Across the EU Unless They Opt Out - PLEASE READ" - 3 days ago but it's been buried because of the UK VAT Evidence debacle
All Best

Hi,
I raised a case with seller support and had the following response:
'Please note; this is not a genuine email and might be a phishing attempt. Requesting you to stay away from such emails and ignore them.'
