Unable to add Delhivery Tracking ID and support didnt help
I am using Delhivery for some of my parcels, The problem is only in updating the tracking ID of the delhivery courier company, all other companies are working fine. Tracking ID used to be 15 digits earlier but now the delivery courier company has made its tracking ID 16 digits, due to which it is not being accepted on Amazon. Please Amazon team update it in your system, it will be resolved

Do you still have this issue with the tracking number ? Did you report it to SPS?
