Am I being really thick here?
Hey everyone, greetings from the UK!
Not sure if I'm being really stupid here but am confused about how shipping to FBA works. I am new to all this so please bear with me if I'm asking stupid questions. Tried reaching out to seller support but nothing's really helped.
As you can see from the screenshot of one of the shipments I've setup to be collected from my house.
How does this usually work for people? I was under the impression someone from UPS was going to get in touch with me to arrange the pickup but as you can see today is the 19th, this was setup on the 17th, and alas no one has reached out.
Is this normal? How long do you have to wait for UPS to get in touch with you? How does this usually work?

You need to arrange collection with UPS either on their website or by phone using the tracking number
