I accidentally entered the wrong tracking ID for my shipment, and I'm unable to edit it.
I created this shipment using a non-partnered carrier (UPS). However, our warehouse mistakenly shipped it via FedEx and provided me with the wrong tracking number, which I initially uploaded. While the shipment status is now confirmed, the tracking information is incorrect.
I have now obtained the correct FedEx tracking numbers for the shipment to the correct address. Unfortunately, I'm unable to update the tracking information on Amazon. I've opened a case with Seller Central, but they haven't been very helpful.
I need assistance in resolving this issue.

You can edit shipment tracking information up until the shipment is delivered. To edit this information, do either of the following:
- In Seller Central, go to your Shipping Queue and click Track shipment next to your shipment. On the shipment summary page, go to the Track shipment tab and edit the entered tracking IDs.
- When using integrators, like Amazon Marketplace Web Service, resubmit the updated tracking information.
Do you have the Seller Support case number related to this issue?
For one shipment with incorrect tracking information you may see a defect notification in the Problems tab of the shipment summary. If it causes long-term issues for you, let me know here.
