Lost Buy Box on Private Label FBM Product (No Price Change)

I’m hoping someone can shed some light on an issue I’m facing with one of my private label FBM products.

This product has been selling steadily, it's exclusively mine (private label), and no one else is listing against it. We’ve maintained the same price, same fulfillment (FBM), and overall customer metrics have been solid — yet, we’ve suddenly lost the Buy Box.

The offer is still live, and we’re still getting some traffic, but we’ve noticed a significant dip in sales since the Buy Box disappeared. We haven’t changed anything obvious on our side, and as far as I can tell, there are no alerts or policy violations on the listing.

I’ve checked the following already:

No other sellers hijacked the listing

Pricing hasn’t changed or breached the minimum/maximum thresholds

No negative feedback spikes

No suppressed listing issues

Inventory is healthy and shipping settings unchanged

It’s puzzling because, as the only seller of this product, it doesn’t make sense for the Buy Box to just vanish.

Has anyone else experienced this with their FBM private label products? Is this a temporary glitch, an algorithmic adjustment, or something I should raise with support? Is it possible Amazon is now favoring FBA offers so heavily that FBM is losing visibility even for sole sellers?
