Am I ungated for Toys?
I’ve been selling on Amazon for a number of years and recently decided to broaden my product range to include toys. However I’m unsure if I am gated or not.
I tried to add a couple of Lego items and they were added to my catalogue successfully. I wasn’t asked to provide any purchases or letters of authority.
I can even create a shipment to send in the items that I have created but I’ve heard it’s supposed to be tricky to get unrated on such products, so I’m not sure if I am or not.
I don’t want to purchase product only to then discover Amazon won’t let me sell it.
Is there a way I can verify before I actually purchase goods that I am ungated?

Being an older seller with a good sales history, ungating is usually very easy
As long as you have a valid supply chain and not bought from retailers, you should be fine however if you want to be certain, sell them fbm first for a few weeks
Just make sure your invoice covers the number of units listed - a minimum of 10
