My Amazon Seller Account has been found related to another account, but can't appeal as this account has been closed
Hi selling partners,
my Amazon account in UK has been suspended because it has been found related to another account. The reason for suspension is duplicated accounts. Amazon says I need to appeal from the related account, but this account has been closed.
Much appreciated if someone knows the best procedure please share here for me and others

Was the original account actually closed by Amazon or simply suspended for some reason. As you appear to know this account and it is isn’t an error, you must surely know this.
Accounts are rarely closed even if you asked Amazon to close them. The account has to be squeaky clean, no suspension and no money owed before it can be fully closed.

Did you open an account, which was then suspended for some reason, and then open another one ?
If that is the case then you do need to get the first one fully verified and activated as they will be linked, especially if you.used the same info.
You cannot just open another account if one fails verification.
As said above, an unverified account cannot be closed, so it has to complete full verification and then you have to ask Amazon to close an account, though it does seem they do still retain some of the data.
