Detailed Seller Information - changing to a ‘trading as’ name

Hi,

I have been selling my own greeting cards on Amazon for a few years.

Currently if a customer goes to my ‘Detailed Seller Information’ on my Amazon listings, it shows my Limited company name and address.

My Limited company is my own name, and the address is my home address.

So, both the name doesn’t reflect what I sell, and also displaying my home address, isn’t ideal.

I have asked my accountants, and they say I can have a ‘trading as’ name under my current limited company.

They also said I could have a ‘service office address’ so I do not have to use my home address.

My question is, will Amazon allow a ‘trading as’ name? If they do, will they display this instead of the Limited company name?

I presume a 'service office address' will be OK, if it is registered with HMRC.

Also, I am an FBA seller, will my listings still be fulfilled during the verification process,

as I know from experience how tricky the verification process can be.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks,

Rich
