Can anyone recommend a stock control system that also allows you to list products across platforms?

I am searching high and low for a stock control system that has other functions for multi-channel selling ie listing products and also a CRM function. I have looked at veeqo, mintsoft etc, but you cant list products across amazon and other platforms from this. What does everyone else do, do you use a seperate listing tool? Or is there in fact a solution to this out there?

Thanks!

I use Multiorders which is a low cost option offering multi-channel stock control - but it does not have listing functions or a CRM.

If you have your own website built on woocommere then you can use the WP-Lister plugins. There is one for Amazon and another for eBay.

Both are very reasonable cost (approx £130 each pa) and there is no order/throughput premium. They will do stock control across all sites and you can list with them but no CRM.

Im looking for something suitable too. What I will say is avoid CLOUD COMMERCE PRO. They are an utter disaster. There system crashes all the time. Big crashes to go with the niggling little things that go wrong on their system every day.

At our busiest period last year their system crashed for 10 days. They advised customers to user alternative means to ship orders. We didnt have any other means. We had to ship them manually one at a time using buy shipping on amazon and other sites. This took a lot of time and cost us a lot of money as we didnt get to ship with our own negotiated rates.

They didnt even apologise for the failure of their system. Like every other calamity on their system they blamed it on external systems.

Nothing worked on their system except the direct debit every month.

Their system continued with niggling issues until it had another massive failure this year, yes it was the fault of external servers apparently.

I joked to them, in a very serious manner i might add whilst i was livid at their service, that the only thing that ever worked on their system was the monthly direct debit.

Unfortunately soon after that we got a call from them around the 3rd of the month. They were going to suspend us for non payment. 3 days late in payment and they were ready to shut us down, and their system was to blame, not us.

You will also find others posting in here about how their fees were suddenly increased from like £250 per month to £1000 per month.

So if you want a system that can be expensive, will get more and more expensive as time goes by, will slowly destroy your business with fault after fault, then give cloud commerce pro a look. They'll take your money and give you poor service in return, and they wont even bother to offer an apology when they really screw up.

And just so they can see, because I know they like to scan the threads at these forums on amazon and ebay:

AVOID CLOUD COMMERCE PRO, THEY ARE A ***** (many expletives removed) NIGHTMARE.

Besides that we are currently trying shiptheory out to see if it fits. It is very reasonably priced compared to CCP.

Linnworks is the best, and it links up eBay, Amazon, your website etc, and can give you a eBay shop. However, it is expensive.
