Inventory that we can't dispose or return after three months of trying - yet being charged.
Since January we have been trying to either remove or dispose inventory which cannot be found except in the charges query. We have tried everything suggested from Amazon Seller Support team without any success. The supposed stock is in four Europeans counties, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Although we have never sent any items to these countries as we sell only in the UK, We understand, as our stock was at UK fulfillment centers, Amazon may have shipped some stock in other countries.
Seller support repeats the same line over and over again and eventually close the case. Although, we have told them that their suggestions doesn't work, gave them the result of their suggestions, they still repeat what the previous staff has said. So we can only conclude that they are not reading what has been discussed with previous seller support staff. Instead of help we get more headache and frustration.
After three months of trying to ask for help to dispose of this "virtual inventory", there is no help. We really don't know what to do next, how to dispose these units and stop the charges.
Looks like we are going to be paying "Long Term Storage Charges" for ever and ever. Doesn't seem fair.
Any suggestion please?

When this happened to me i could partially see the inventory by switching seller central to the relevant country. I forget if it was showing in stranded or elsewhere, but there was no way to remove / dispose of it as it was stuck in processing for months.
I contacted support and told them it was stuck in processing and asked them to "unstick" it so i could create a disposal order. They did it quite quickly.

Hello @Seller_J9uAZW505MYzG,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Have you had a chance to review your Removal Order Detail report here for any pending disposal orders created?
If there are existing disposal orders for the same item, you won't be able to create another order for it.
I suggest taking a look at the report first. Before proceeding further, ensure to update the "Event Date" selection for accurate information.
For more guidance, you can refer to the Removal Order Detail report.
Keep us updated. Regards, Ezra

Hi @Seller_J9uAZW505MYzG,
It's been a while!
The partner team mentioned there was a mismatch in the Summary view of the Ledger report, so they've requested a sync for almost all the FNSKUs from the overview.
Could you please confirm if this has been updated correctly for case ID 9849717072?
Thanks! Ezra
