Account Health Rating not going up

So it has been over 6 months since my last rating increase and I have had 702 orders over the last 180 days.

I have not had a single issue on my account since then. Not a single negative metric has been impacted during this time and yet it won’t go up.

Anyone know why my AHR isn’t going up?

Are your sales going up? Or are they staying basically level?

The AHR is a combination of penalties (negative) and sales (positive) over a rolling period (I think 90 days). So if your sales now are similar to what they were 3 months ago, there is no reason for the number to change. Only if your sales go up with the score go up.

But as long as it is above 200, you're fine.

As mentioned by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw are your sales stable or fluctuating between seasons? This is a rolling 180-days thus having 702 orders over this time would be and additional 12 points on top of the base 200 points every account has with 0 orders. Thus if only 702 orders have been received, you would be at 212 without any policy violations causing a reduction. Can you confirm the current score you're seeing, or if you have any policy violations that are impacting the growth of the score?

same. Our performance stats are gorgeous, but they never improve our score, there's mountains of good, but if one bad thing happens then it impacts the account health in a lopsided and very heavy handed way. We've sold on Amazon for over 10 years, and our score is still 200.
