Refund at First Scan
This seems to be a new trend. Buyers purchase products and state they no longer need, wrong item was sent, arrived too late and do a return.
The return is refunded at first scan by AMAZON and the return contents are a product of zero value. "Switcharoo"
When we go to file a Safety Claim it denies the Safety claim stating we are not eligible as we previously refunded the customer. False
When we contact seller support they tell us to file a safety claim???? Basically no help.
The refund was issued from AMAZON-not our business. Why cant we file a Safety Claim for the order. So we just eat $200 this week and $250 last week?
The constant enabling of bandit customers is infuriating.
Any Mod's have some insight on this?????

Hello @Seller_bVA8NVf43qvAr- appreciate this post. I was able to pull up that order ID from your screenshot here, and from everything I can see, it does appear the refund was initiated by the seller.
When you view this return information in Seller Central, does the 'Resolution' appear as 'StandardRefund' or 'Refund at First Scan'? Can you share your case ID with support as well?
Thanks in advance!
