Support log attaching files
I'm trying to attach MP4 files to a support log (videos of cctv of missing inventory with UPS as carrier) in order to file a claim. But the files will not attach. I've also tried them in .mov and nothing.
Is there a maximum file size to attach to a support log? Or am I trying files that are not supported (.mov .mp4)
Anyone got any advice on how to add video attachments?
Or do I claim directly with UPS in which case this isn't required?

I've consulted with Seller Support regarding your inquiry about video uploads. While it's not possible to directly attach or upload videos within a case log, you can share a video by providing a link to where it's hosted (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or another file-sharing service).
