There is nothing wrong with my account, no violations. But the funds have been reserved for a long time and have not been released. I submitted my ID information, business license, articles of incorporation, and credit card statements. But have not gotten a response. I need this money urgently now and have reserved a lot of funds which is very important to me. I hope the Amazon team will reply to my current situation. Thank you very much.

Following up on this thread, I understand your situation with funds reserved.

I have reviewed your case 14671491251 with seller support and I can see that a colleague from our internal team is handling the case and they have sent you another email asking you to wait a little longer as this is still under review.

They should provide an update soon, so I kindly ask you to wait for a response from them and a resolution for that case. If the case is not resolved and you still experience the issue feel free to contact us so we can further look for a solution to this issue, in the meantime, lets just wait for the internal team to continue working the case.

I hope this gets solved as soon as possible, I understand that it is really important for you and your business. Remember that we are here to help you!
