Many possible answers.
For example
It maybe a man called Holly. It maybe a man reviewing it on their partners account which they brought the item from. It may not be the name of the buyer and just a name they use for reviews.
The review looks okay to me. It looks a detailed and fair review from the buyer. The main grumble and why you got 3 stars is the price.
I don't think you will get it removed and don't get hung on it being a female name.

They're perfectly allowed to review your product, you can't do anything about it. Might as well give up trying. Your listing can be improved massively, that's a good thing. It means you can improve your sales with better listing design and images.

post.Vine is a complete waste of money. Half the items you give way end up unused on ebay and the reviews you get are far more negative than organic reviews.
I've had reviews for grass seed provided a day after the item was shipped, some saying that it has grown really well, others saying it hasn't grown at all when there hasn't been the time for the seeds to germinate either way.
Stay away from Vine would be my advice.
