Amazon Keeps Putting Labels on Our Gift Packaging!

Amazon keeps putting our ASINs in the Ships in Own Container (SIOC) program even though we have request to opt our and decertify our ASINs time and time again.

This is causing issues with our customers as they think that they are being sent used product sold as new. The labels damage our packaging and create an altogether poor customer experience.

This is damaging to our brand and need our ASINs removed from the program.

Has anyone had success keeping ASINs our of the SIOC program?

Hey @Seller_pRZaQjYw6Lmxs, I would be happy to look into this. What is the case ID of your latest request to opt-out?

I'm thinking the problem is the fulfillment network's use of a program that identifies, tests, and certifies Ships in Product Packaging (SIPP) compliant products without sellers needing to take any action. Let's see if we can get you officially opted-out!

In the meantime, when a customer adds a SIPP-certified item to their shopping cart, they’re presented with a concealment option at checkout and they can choose to add Amazon packaging ("Ship in Amazon Packaging") at no additional cost.
