AWFUL SELLER SUPPORT
Is it just me or the seller support with Amazon is awful ?
Whenever I have any problem with my account , shipment or whatever they are not understanding anything or suddenly disconnecting ...
Sometimes for a small issue I have to call 10 times...
They are responding to other issues...
Seller support is COMPLETELY LOST !!

amazon is a SELF Service marketplace.
All the answers to the issues/questions/problems you might have can be found at Seller University or Help.

yes, I agree. the customer support is super nice but they don't understand anything and have no way of actually helping you.
I got deactivated without any explanation and never got the money from my sales. The customer service opening tickets but they are closed automatically.
