Can't update bullet points

Hi,

I have listed my product in October last year. Since then I have not been able to get my product live with the actual information that I submit for the bullet points. (Have no idea where the incorrect bullet points that's there now came from!)

Firstly it gave me error messages about length (apparently now 80 characters per bullet point? While my competitors have much longer and more descriptive bullet points) and promotional error messaging.

I have reduced the length of my bullet points, and that is ok now. Now I still get the promotional error message. I have compared my words against the restricted keyword lists that I could find online, and there isn't any anymore. It still won't publish. My descriptions are so so bland now - don't think anyone is going to buy mine - competitors still have their beautiful long descriptions.

I used Jungle Scout at first, but had to stop that now as Amazon and JS is just costing me money and I can't advertise or sell anything as my listing is not correct :'(

Can anyone help me - where can I find latest list of restricted keywords? Or can I post my description here so someone can help me?

Hey there @Seller_H3pBYa7j0Ci2i- and welcome to the seller forums! In general information on the detail page like bullet points can only be updated by the brand owner for the product in question. If there is no brand associated with the item, the information is determined by the seller(s) that list against that product or Amazon retail contributions.

You can use this self-service pathway to suggest changes to the detail pages, though they may not always be accepted and our teams may request sufficient proof from the manufacturer of the item before the change will go live.

Further, if there are other listings you see that do not conform to Amazon selling policies, know you can always report the behavior to our teams for investigation through this pathway. While our team may not respond to all submissions due to privacy reasons, know each are reviewed for appropriate action.
