Hi @Seller_Xk5TXnpzM06YC,

Thanks for reaching out on the forums.

To update the brand of your listing, there are a few options available.

If your brand is registered and you're the owner, you can follow the instructions on the help page: Register products to your brand

Alternatively, you can contact Seller Support for assistance by clicking on Help and selecting the Brand – update (Reconcile or update brand name information on the detail page) option.

I also recommend checking the help page on Suggest changes to your product detail page paying attention to the section on Proof requirement for updating attribute information on detail page.

keep us posted on your progress.

Regards, Ezra

It is possible. I did it as registered agent few times. Unfortunately not easy. You have to fight 2 levels of support to get top level (people who know what to do) After that you have to give them evidence it is different brand - images, logos on products, EAN codes connected to new brand.

It is easier to create new products.

Hiya, i too fought the unfightable fight when registering my brand and trying to convert, maddeningly i deactivated 400 listings and started again, HOWEVER, i kept 2 listings which were everyday sellers, after a few weeks when you clicked the old brand name at the top of those listings it took you to the new brand name shop which we started after registering the brand, wish i would have known this but hey ho what a fun two weeks relisting everything:) good luck with it!

As @Seller_pZPUigSoKl3Mk says, it can be done but is not easy. At all.

It is easier to create new ASIN's with the new brand.

Rebranding an existing ASIN, even if that ASIN is yours, is almost impossible.
