How to claim for FBA returned items damaged by Amazon?

As you see, I think one of Amazon's warehouses has a mouse problem. New overstock item returned today. How do I claim for this, also had several items returned that were not what were sent out (different brands etc)

Hey @Seller_pM5wtT47V6qLR,

I've looked into your request, and it seems you've already initiated a reimbursement for this product, which is associated with case ID: 10628907332.

The good news is that your reimbursement was approved just 5 minutes ago. However, please note that it usually takes 4-5 days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

You can keep track of this reimbursement by checking your Reimbursements report.

Best regards, Ezra
