Hi,
One of our ASIN's had been suppressed and the detail page removed, the listing is still active we have not deleted it as we are currently going through appeals.
The appeal was successful and now they are asking us to remove all the current inventory before they can reinstate the listing, as we have made some updated to the product packaging during the suppression. Compliance team have said once stock is '0' units held in FCs until then they cannot reinstate listing.
But the problem is we are unable to remove the inventory as 'not available for removal' with the message underneath:
'Inventory temporarily unavailable for removal as a result of an in-progress transaction or other process – please check again in a few days.'
Contacted seller support with no reply to the case.
We are trying to work with them to resolve the issue and have the listing reinstated, however we are worried the stock may automatically get disposed without allowing us any input!
Please can anyone help on how we could resolve this?
