My listing seems to be used by another seller
Hello help please i am quite new to FBA and have been trying to get help and answers from amazon but i’m sure they are not getting my problem or it’s me not sure how this works
This is my ASIN B0929HGLRR price is £32.60 when you search on amazon sure it comes up but it is supplied by another company at £29.99 but with all my images and description etc i have attached 2 x images of my add below the add to cart it says sold and supplied by pimblico, but it is my listing I am also running a PPC it says it is serving but there is no data
Amazon keep going on it is the buy box but surely this cannot be right if this is the case i will never sell this product

It’s a generic listing meaning if anyone has the same thing then they should sell on the same listing. Was there a barcode on the item or did you buy one?
As for your PPC you do need to have the buy box else you run the risk of spending money for someone else’s sale

As its a generic item the other seller (should be) selling the same item
Amazon works on a catalogue system so all offers of same product should be on one listing

As others have said, all sellers selling the same product should be using the same listing. Even if you have created the listing, other suppliers selling the same product should sell on the same listing. The listing isn’t yours, only your offer.

You have the buy box and prime delivery. The other seller is new so won’t get the buy box, possibly for another 90 days. They are unlikely to be getting any sales. I would just monitor your sales and not worry about it too much.

if you have a generic listing other sells can use this as I have experienced.
Regarding PPC this is constantly on whether you have the buy box win or not.
The only way to stop your listing from being copied is to register your brand.

Sponsored product campaigns pause if you lose the Buy box.
BUT
With Sponsored Brands the campagin continues whether you have the buy box or not.
Amazon assume that your own Brand labels should not have any other sellers listing against you and getting the buy box, *unless you have authorised them.
