Bank Account Verification Nightmare

I changed my bank account and was asked to verify the account with a statement or letter but for some reason amazon doesn't accept the documentation I provide and my account has been deactivated over this simple verification issue.

The error says 'This type of bank account document is not acceptable'. The document I provide includes all the relevant information asked by Amazon.

I'm an Irish seller with an Irish bank account. It looks like Amazon only accept bank statements from United Kingdom, Austria, France, Germany, or the US and only banks supported by Amazon currency converter for Sellers are accepted. So my bank isn't in that list of countries and it most likely is not one of Amazon's supported currency converter banks, so all advice on how I can solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, Amazon US just asked me to verify my bank account and I used the same Irish bank statement and they accepted it, so there really is no reason for Amazon UK not to verify my account.

I recognise that Amazon is doing everything they can to combat fraud but in this instance their process has negatively impacted a genuine seller.

Could you kindly help me resolve, what should be a simple bank account verification issue? Thank you
