Incorrect measurements

Hello,

On June 16, 2025, Amazon changed the dimensions of one of my products without reason, assigning completely incorrect values.

After I raised a case, a new FBA measurement was done on July 3, 2025, and it matches the correct dimensions.

However, as of today, the updated measurements still haven't been applied in Seller Central, and I'm still being charged higher FBA fees. Despite many follow-ups, nothing has changed.

Case ID: 11215218022

Correct dimensions: 30.60 cm x 21.60 cm x 2.90 cm, 230g (measured July 3, 2025)

Can someone please escalate this please? @Spencer_Amazon

I was checking the case ID 11215218022 and I do see that the case is open with an ongoing investigation.

At this moment we can not prioritize any case, we will need to wait for a resolution from the team in charge.

If after this the issue persist, let me know so we can double-check for you.
