hello everyone today i got my first order and after 10minutes the customer request to cancel the order . What was the reason i dont know but is it possible that i was late ??

Anyone can request to cancel an order.
In fact in the first 30 mins the order sits in pending and the customer can cancel before it becomes an order to be shipped.
Once its been marked as to be shipped - then they can request a cancellation. You haven't done anything wrong - they just want to cancel. You don't even have to cancel. In our case, we have orders already in postal sacks before the system marks the item as shipped - so we can reject the cancellation.
Its up to you if you want to cancel the order really, but if you haven't purchased a shipment label, its probably worth cancelling (just make sure its an official request and not just a message from the customer)
