Payment Retraction for Reimbursement

Randomly had 2 payment retractions showing for 2 lost inventory inbound 2 months ago, has anyone else had this, its a lot of money they have taken out and causing massive stress and cash flow issues and no email to say why or anything.

This usually means they have found the lost items. Check your FBA stock to see if they have been added.

Same here, over last 3 days we had multiple deductions under 'Payment Retraction'

All relates to reimbursements for stock missing from inbound shipments.

Normally, if that stock was 'found', Amazon would mark it as 'Reversed Reimbursement', never seen Payment Retraction before.

Having check stock history, none of the inventory was found.
