Issue with TAX ID & address verification

Hello! I am from Ukraine and I have encountered the problems with the TAX ID & Business Address Verification.

Amazon asked me for 2 things:

1. Ukraine Tax documents.

I sent the orginal TAX ID documents. These documents are official, and was provided by Ukraine Government. But Amazon refused original documents because these documents in Ukraine, National language.

Ukraine Government or Tax service do not provide documents at other languages. Later, I translate original documents to English and send this again, but Amazon refused even English version TAX documents.

I opened a case about this, id 15496966431 but this case was ignored by Amazon.

2. Check my registration address

I gave my original address and got a message: invalid address. I contacted to Amazon support team and they told me that I need to open Google, find my address at map, rewrite address, and sent again for confirmation by Amazon.

I did it, and got the same message - invalid address.

Address is correct, 100%, and I am ready to confirm this, Amazon just need to send this postcard to my address.

I am in shock - I have original TAX ID documents, real address but can't confirm anything to Amazon.

I opened another once case, ID15589379071, Silence

Do you still have attempts for the post card? Have you ensured that there are no misspellings or punctuation errors in the address details? Have they offered any other kind of guidance in an email?

We would recommend attempting to request the card once more as you will need the code. If you receive any other kind of updates or messaging you would like to share, we ask that you provide it to this thread.

2. Yes, I still have 1, last attempt for the post card. Yes, I did copy an address from Google maps. But I found mistake on Google maps for ZIP code. So, if I will provide to Amazon address with the wrong ZIP code, I am not sure, that I will get a post card in Ukraine. I sent a meassage to Google, and asked to fix a mistake with a ZIP code, but my message was ignored. Because of the War in Ukraine, Google do not accept any address corrections.

No, I do not get any recommendations or any guidance to my Email

I have followed up with the appropriate teams who confirmed the delivery of a notification requesting new details along with the email address on who to send your information too. They advised this was sent on 7/17, can you confirm if this was received in seller central? Additionally, have you provided the requested information to complete verification?
