UPS Invoice
I recently received a random UPS invoice with my amazon marketplace business address listed on it saying I owed $28 for "UPS Shipping Document." I checked ups.com and the invoice is legit. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Hi @Seller_iLEli8yZmtgJn,
Let me share what I know from the help documentation.
According to Amazon's UPS shipping services guide, under the "Using UPS through Amazon Buy Shipping" section, UPS charges should only come to you in one of two ways:
- Through your Seller Central account (if you're using Amazon Buy Shipping)
- Directly from UPS (but only if you've linked your own UPS account to Seller Central)
Since you've received an unexpected invoice for a "UPS Shipping Document," I'd suggest first checking if you have a UPS account linked to your Seller Central account. If not, I'd recommend contacting UPS directly to clarify what this charge is for.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction! Let us know if you need anything else.
Best regards, Michael

I am following up on your question about a UPS invoice you received outside of Buy Shipping.
- Through your Seller Central account (if you're using Amazon Buy Shipping)
- Directly from UPS (but only if you've linked your own UPS account to Seller Central)
Was this received through the mail? As @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z suggested: do you have a linked UPS account?
UPS shipping services and restrictions
1-800-711-5914 is the preferred UPS customer service number for Amazon sellers. I recommend calling that team and checking if they can provide any information on that invoice/charge. If that does not help, please file a support case so I can look into the details and any options.
