Seller Fulfilled Prime Shipping Template Not Updating On The Front End

When adding the Seller Fulfilled Prime Shipping Template to ASINs, it is updating on Amazon's backend, but not the front end. I can see the correct shipping template assigned when in the Edit Listing screen on the item record under the Merchant Shipping Group field. However, when on the Manage Inventory page in Seller Central, the shipping template is still showing as the old non-SFP template. Therefore, the product page does not show the item as Prime. I have tried a case with Seller Support for assistance, but the issue persists. Anyone had this issue before or have a solution?

I'm sorry you are having this issue with the Template is not updating the correct information. You may need to delete and then relist the product to clear the old data, however if you provide your most recent Seller Support Case I can see what escalation options exist.
