Used one this morning for the first time only to discover that what used to fit in the box no longer does; so far so rubbish. Left it at the Customer Service counter.

Checked the tracking and it was showing as posted at the box.

The obvious implication is fraudster scans return label; gets refunded at first scan; doesn't put parcel in box.

Parcel lockers are open to the same abuse.

This site don't half make you paranoid.
