Hi, we are the brand owners and selling food suppliments on Amazon.
we manufactured the goods in India & china for our brand.
can anyone adose how we can deal with GFSI or HACCP CERTS as no manufacturer name appear on the packs it’s only our details on the pack.
Do we need to take the GFSI or HACCP CERTS from UK ? or we need to request the documents from India ?

you will have to ask your supplier to provide those documents. If they don’t have them, they shouldn’t be allowed to see the products in the first place.

I would have thought, that for your own brand you would have get these kind of certificates yourself.
Not being conversant with this, but generally this kind of thing needs testing for safety etc.
