How to report or remove hijacker from the listing?

Hi

I am a brand registry owner and I don't know how can I report or request to remove the hijacker.

I tried to report it through report violation from the brand registry tab, but it does not let me report the listing because "You can't select the complete ASIN, because it's connected to you or your brand."

I called Seller Central but the agent said they can not help on this issue unless I create a new listing. But my listing has more than 10K reviews and it is impossible to start again.

Please let me know what should I do in this case.

Hello @Seller_KidkOCHRBDd01,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. You cannot report all offers on the ASIN because one of the offers is yours. If you report the entire ASIN, you would be issuing yourself and IP violation... which obviously you would not want to do.

After searching the ASIN in the Report a Violation section of the Brand Registry site, scroll down and click on "Show Offers (#)," this will allow you to select the one or all the offers you would like to report for an IP violation.

I strongly recommend reviewing the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. Although this is a very robust help page, the sections "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," and "Reporting Infringement," have very helpful information including what to ensure you have and leave out of your complaint.

Hope this helps, please let me know how it goes.

Best, Dougal
