How do I close a return? Buy has not returned item after 30 days.
My buyer opened a return and has not returned it. How can I get this off my account it's been 30 days now.

You can't close or remove the return request, it just stays there for a length of time. Last time this happened to us it stayed "open" for over a year

Personally - I just ignore them as they do naturally fall off themselves. Otherwise it just becomes something else to do.
Though you can go into Manage Returns and Click Complete button next to the return if you are desparate to do something with it.
