Sudden Disappearance of Organic Positions for Major Keywords in Product Listing – Seeking Solutions
My product is an old listing that has consistently maintained a stable ranking within the top 20, with organic positions always on the first page.
However, starting from January 14th, the organic positions for major keywords suddenly disappeared, and now only the ad placements are visible. I have thoroughly checked the listing content, inventory, and ad settings, but no issues were found.
I have tried every possible action and submitted multiple brand cases, phone cases, and regular cases—totaling more than 20. Unfortunately, the responses from customer service have been generic and unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved. The organic positions have not been restored!
Has anyone encountered a similar problem and successfully resolved it? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
