Urgent – Sudden Loss of Buy Box on All Products

I have lost the Buy Box on my Berdoues FBM seller account for the French marketplace (token: Removed by moderator).
All of our key products and best sellers have suddenly and abruptly lost the Buy Box, without any prior notification from Amazon—neither by email nor in performance notifications.
We are the brand owner, making this situation even more confusing. Is this a bug?
Please provide urgent clarification and restore the Buy Box as soon as possible.

there’s already a thread about buy box losses that the mods ask sellers to use and not start a new one. Your query needs to go to Amazon France anyway.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD
In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
