ASIN Reinstated After Blade Review – Now Inactive Again with Conflicting Support Responses

We’re really hoping someone can help or point us in the right direction.

Last week, one of our ASINs was flagged and placed under review for being considered a blade. After the review, the ASIN was reinstated and everything seemed resolved.

However, today the same ASIN has suddenly gone inactive again. Seller Support is now telling us we are not approved for the category, and they’re giving us this message:

“We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Outdoors category in Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”

After doing some digging, it seems this is once again related to Amazon’s policies on bladed items — even though we already went through the review and were reinstated.

The frustrating part is that Seller Support just keeps replying with the exact same generic message, without addressing the fact that the ASIN had previously been approved.

We’d really appreciate any guidance or escalation advice from those who’ve been through this. Thanks in advance! Please can someone help
