Can a customer leave feedback or open A/Z after 4 years?
Hi Guys, just had the following message from a customer:
Hello, I purchased flared 20W B15 candle bulbs from you, admittedly in March 2015, as an immediate replacement for one that had died and the other as a future replacement. I. Bc ave just put the retained replace in the light fitting but it doesn’t work! I have tried it in another arm of the light but again no joy! It has been kept in its box at the back of a shelf of a cupboard since it’s purchase so has not been subject to having been moved at all. Obviously this is disappointing as these bulbs are very difficult to find now. Your comments would be very welcome, thank you.

After four years, the most appropriate action would be hitting the “No response needed” button, instead of wasting your time worrying about this.
On Amazon, buyers have 90 days after order date to leave a Seller Feedback and 6 months to open an A-Z claim (with the help of Customer Service).
Once these deadlines expire, no buyer can obtain a refund or damage your metrics in any way.

A-Z claims can’t be opened after more than 6 months past order date.
Amazon will process returns and refunds several months or years after purchase for Seller Fulfilled Prime or Fulfilled by Amazon orders, where the customer service is handled by them.

No Kika is correct they can’t be opened after 6 months.
IF you have a amazon buyer account try leaving feedback or AZ claim 6 months+ this will give you the answer. ( tested it myself the other day when a buyer claimed their goods not arrived a year ago!)

I had an A to Z opened more than a year after the purchase as the item not received and amazon refunding them. I did appeal though and got reimbursed as well as I had a proof that the buyer had the item and just wanted to return it .
Though I would not send a replacement after 4 years, would just ignore it.

Just to add some fun to this discussion: We just got a customer-request forwarded by the amazon-customer-service referring to an order made in 31.03.2014 (sic!), the article is defected and the customer wants to return it (low price consumer goods that in average are used some months only). More than 5 and a half years. Can someone beat that?
