Own trademark has already been registered by someone else

Hello everyone

I am finally reporting here, because unfortunately I can't find another way out.

We are the ONLY owners of the trademark: LITTLE JOE and when we wanted to register the trademark on Brand Registry we received a message that someone has already registered the trademark. WHO IT IS - UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY TELLS US...... & WE ARE DESPERATE...

We have tried several times to clarify this matter by phone and we are only forwarded again and again..... and also by e-mail we get no help!!!

Is anyone familiar with this problem?

and can please please help - we've already been at it for 6 months.

We are the ONLY owners of the trademark: LITTLE JOE and when we wanted to register the trademark on Brand Registry we received a message that someone has already registered the trademark. WHO IT IS - UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY TELLS US...... & WE ARE DESPERATE...

We have tried several times to clarify this matter by phone and we are only forwarded again and again..... and also by e-mail we get no help!!!

Is anyone familiar with this problem?

There are quite a few registered and active Trademarks on the UK gov search for Little Joe. They don't all seem to be the same person/company, as far as I can tell.

And that's just UK. It could be a US or EU trademark, or a global trademark etc.

My colleague had the same problem, he had a very good selling listing but had failed to getthe Trademark registered , another seller quickly registered it and then started selling on his listing.

If you go to the IPO gov website, it will tell you who the owner is. I then contacted a solicitor, explained that I had used the name for x amount of years and IPO was then notifies. It took a while and some money because I did not do it myself, but you can do it yourself . The Trademark will be cancelled as you have been using the name before it was registered by someone else. If you need more help, do let me know. Also check the classification, you need the Trademark in
