unable to report product violation as my trademark is pending
Our book has been posted onto amazon by Nielson who are the people who provide ISBN numbers for the UK, the ISBN is also our barcode number and ASIN 1399996908. Nielson have contacted Amazon for it to be removed but it still hasn't been removed. I can not connect to the product and can't report a violation because we only have a pending trademark. Our book is waiting to be shipped to Amazon but i can't list it because of this other listing. I have now applied for it not to have a barcode as that was the last suggestion by the amazon associate but I have run out of ideas, this problem has been going on for over month. Can someone please find the email/update from Nielson and remove the listing. Thank you

After checking the listing for ASIN 1399996908, it appears Amazon is currently the sole seller for that particular book.
However, it's quite common on Amazon for various sellers to offer the same product. In such cases, you don't necessarily need to remove the existing listing. Instead, you should be able to create your own seller listing for that book and sell it through your own listing.
When adding a new product, Amazon's system will cross-check the details like the ISBN to determine if it's already listed. If so, the system will allow you to sell under that existing listing rather than creating a duplicate.
This way, multiple sellers can offer the same product, enabling buyers to compare prices, seller ratings, and Prime eligibility before making their choice.
Are you encountering any specific error code when attempting to add this product to your seller catalog?
